The practice approaches and theories that will model service delivery will be inspired by the philosophy of building communities whose social and emotional needs are catered for. While physiological needs are easily identifiable, social and emotional needs may require more attention and are thus more easily ignored (Allen et al, 2016). The basic approach that will be used for service delivery is ensuring that every action plan has a safety consideration, is aimed at developing self-esteem, can build a sense of love/ belonging or addresses the physiological needs of the community. This approach can follow a best-practice model which simply means that for every problem there is to solve, the service practitioner enlists the possible solutions then selects the one that incorporates most of the dimensions of holistic service delivery.

In providing holistic service delivery, it is important to always consider the cultural inclination of the community you are serving. They should always show empathy and genuine concern of people's personal issues. They should be able to make the people feel loved and not lonely. This is important because creating a sense of love and belonging is one of the elements of holistic services.
  • Resilience: In this context, resilience is the quality of persistence on auctions until they mature or until they produce the desired results.
