Refund Policy - Grade Saviours

Grade Saviours strives to provide the best assignment help services. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our services, we ensure prompt resolution of refund requests based on the following conditions.

Unavailability of Expert

In the unlikely event that the expert is unavailable to assist with your assignment after payment has been made, we will offer you the opportunity to place an order for another assignment of equal value. Additionally, the full amount you paid will be credited to your Grade Saviours Wallet, with an additional recharge of 10 AUD as compensation for the inconvenience.

Missed Deadline

If your assigned expert fails to meet the deadline for your assignment, you can initiate a refund request. Our customer support team will conduct a thorough investigation. Please note that if delays are caused due to your failure to respond to queries within 12 hours or due to incomplete assignment details provided by you, no refund will be issued.

If the delay is caused due to the expert’s inability to complete the task on time, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50%–100%. The refund will be credited to your Grade Saviours Wallet. The decision of our customer support team will be final.

Fail Grade on Assignment Work

In the rare case that you receive a fail grade for an assignment completed with Grade Saviours' help, you can raise a refund request within 60 days of receiving the graded solution. You must provide a valid grade sheet along with feedback from your professor. Our team will review the grading and determine whether the fail grade was due to the quality of the assignment solution.

If we determine that the assignment did not meet the required standards, a refund of 50%–100% will be processed and transferred to your Grade Saviours Wallet. Requests made after 60 days from the delivery of the assignment will not be considered.

Important Note

Our tutoring services are designed to provide the best academic support, but achieving high grades ultimately depends on your dedication and timely communication with your expert. As a result, Grade Saviours does not process cash refunds, except in cases outlined above. All approved refunds will be credited to your Grade Saviours Wallet, which can be used for future services on our platform.

Money-Back Guarantee*

The “Money-Back Guarantee” applies only in cases where a fail grade is received for the assignment. Refunds will be credited to your Grade Saviours Wallet. Cash refunds are not available under this guarantee.

To initiate the Money-Back Guarantee, you must provide the original grade report and go through a thorough review by our customer support team. The decision of the customer support team will be final.

Note: The Money-Back Guarantee cannot be claimed if:

  • The order had partial payments pending.
  • The assignment deadline was less than or equal to 72 hours.
  • More than 60 days have passed since the assignment was delivered.

Refund Requests Will Not Be Processed In The Following Cases:

  • Orders with a deadline of 72 hours or less.
  • Requests for refunds on orders with pending partial payments.
  • Refund requests after 60 days from the delivery of the assignment.
  • Requests where the student has not been active in communication with the expert or has not provided sufficient material for completing the assignment.
  • Refund requests made outside of the email will not be considered.
