Q1. Three reasons are
Our planet has limited capacity for waste processing and limited natural resources. By recycling, reducing, and reusing we are not only reducing the direct impact over the planet, however, we are also making practices that can be passed on to future generations.
By raising social pressure to use environmentally friendly practices, organizations are enforced to adopt advanced technologies to integrate recycled substances into our products. This new technology is finally ideal for the environment (Luthra et al. 2016).
There are many reasons to reduce recycling and waste. Although environmental factors are often discussed, waste reduction can have a positive impact on the financial and social impact that has been positive by creating employment for people in advanced industrial products for recycling. We can save money through adequate waste awareness by buying or reusing essentials.
Q2. Workshops can be made more efficient by using resources used as electricity, water, and other raw materials and reducing generated waste and emissions. Saving money with ‘more or less is often considered a clean product or resource efficiency. This includes reviewing processes around workshops, products and services, and ways to reduce costs and environmental impact. Encourage our employees to give thoughts and advice. If our business is large enough, take the help of management to create an environmental team that brings together employees from different business fields. If our team environment is too small for your team, just follow the procedure below with one or two colleagues. Hire a ‘champion’ or team leader who will coordinate activities and manage environmental improvement projects. Ideally, the winner will have the full support of management and other staff (Islam et al. 2020).
The team workshop will learn how to use electricity, water, raw materials, and other inputs and should see how to create waste or pollution and how to deal with it. Gather information on the use and cost of electricity and gas, water, raw materials, solid waste, and liquids - these will provide criteria for measuring continuous improvement.
Q3. Environmental management plans identify environmental risks due to operations and environmental damage to manage those risks. Performance results and examples to achieve the environmental goals listed in this document will be a strong foundation for creating your management plan (Fuzi et al. 2019). The development and implementation of environmental management plans should be ensured:
Q4. Managing the environmental responsibilities of the right business is a great way to minimize the environmental risk and impact. It can decrease our environmental liability, minimize waste, increase efficient use of resources, show a better corporate image, maximize profits and demonstrate effective marketing tools (Alayón et al. 2017). There are several ways and processes that we can apply in our business to advanced environmental management practices.
These initiatives and practices can be documented in the Environmental Management Plan, which sets out business goals, responsibilities and future goals and what they will do in terms of environmental management.
