

The role of experience in wages disparities is a confusing one as it plays a role in creating them but not directly. There will be one underlying factor that will help the experience of a person to ask for higher pay.
The demographic factors have an impact on the wages of the employees. For example, in some jobs, the age of the person matters a lot. The age group of younger people are paid more than the people with a higher age Various other things like race and ethnicity, marital status, and gender of the employee plays a vital role in setting the wages.
The impact of regional, urban, and rural settings can be easily seen on the wage rates of the people. The economic background of a region heavily create variances in the wage rates on the same job profile. On the other hand, a person from an urban place will be paid more than the person from a rural place due to different reasons

Literature Review (LR) on wage disparities, education and wage disparities, experience in wage disparities, demographic factors and wage rates, location variance have been done.
Gaps in the research Proposed
Data on the wage disparities have been extracted for US census of 2008.
For the analysis of the research, regression method has been used.
Results will be reported.

The data for this research was collected from US census as the main idea is understanding the wage disparities factors in US in 2008.
The collected data have been efficiently utilised to develop links between the identified factors and wage disparities.
The collected data was analysed with the method of regression in order to understand the outcomes of these factors on the issue of wage disparities.
