It can be measured either in terms of an item or a service that is rendered to the customer as per their needs and requirements. In order to ensure the efficacy of the same, it is imperative to choose the right product as per the market demands. The brand offerings should be analyzed from a customer point of view mainly. It should also be ensured that the product is not only delivering but meeting the criteria’s as per market demands (Wongleedee, 2015).
