There are various factors which the company needs to remember while reaching to the top in the market. The first, the permanence of the employee does not impact the training and decision making. Secondly, the demand from the employers has to increase for VET and training in order to make the workforce more effective. Furthermore, the company needs to take some decision in respect of the organization structure and status. The organizations size and nature highly impact the type of training adopted by employers.

Ans. We have adopted various training methods and came to the conclusion that the employers are more focused on the training and development of the employees as they need to enhance their skills to provide a productive resource to the company. We will finish the training as we will achieve the desired goal. The main goal of the organization is to provide effective training to the employees which will ultimately enhance their skills for the attainment of the future goal. The employees will give better results after attending the training. The rise in the individual, as well as the overall achievement of the organization, will alert us to end up the training session. Moreover, the employees will perform up to the mark and enhance productivity.

The article was very lengthy and difficult to understand. I found a threat to understanding some terms like vocational qualification, a degree of casualization, and so on, as I was not aware of it earlier. According to me, the table of analysis is very difficult to understand. The units and figures are very confusing in that table. The major challenge faced in undertaking this assignment is to analyze the whole article and understand the facts and figures concluded at the end. After reading some paragraphs, I was scared whether I will able to analyze it or not because the language is very difficult which is quite unfamiliar for me. It took so much time to analyze this article and find out the answers from it. There are various factors and features mentioned in the article which creates complexity. The article is interlinked, so I had to go through the whole article thoroughly and moreover, remember the data given in the previous paragraphs to better understand the next paragraph. In addition to it, I have learned a lot about human resource management, training and development, methods of training and so on.
