This company is mainly specialised in consumer electronics related to the fitness and health industry (Shcherbina et al. 2017). The companys pand is recognized for its eponymous fitness tracker and it is a wearing computing device. It is a fitness band which is worn on the persons wrist. It is designed to track the physical activities of the person like tracking the quality sleep, heart rate and the number of steps walked. The main aim of the company is to empower and inspire people to live a healthier life. Fitbit devices use a connected GPS system for tracking features. The devices can be also connected to smartphones and are categorised on the basis of fitness level.

The company should focus on creating pand awareness so as to make them aware of the health fitness products. In comparison to other organisation the company has a higher attrition rate (Yang et al. 2016). So, the company should focus on providing training and development program to the workforce.
The company should expand into monitoring other health areas such as body measurements and nutrition intake (Sengupta et al. 2015).
Existing competitors are coming with similar products, prices and promotions in the market. New technologies created by these competitors can be a serious threat to the company in the long term.
