Use Case Name Inventory Process
Brief Description This Inventory Process use case is used by the users to manage the inventory of meal ingredients and raw food material.
Actors Chef, System and Database Sore
Preconditions Chef must log on to system to access the meal ingredients availability in amount and numbers.
Basic flow of events
Chef lon on to the system by its user ID and password.
System verifies the user ID and password of chef to authenticate.
If authentication failed then system allows above two steps successively. Further, system prevent the chef to log on.
If successfully authenticated then open the inventory status page and read the database store item wise availability of meal ingredients .Chef selects all those meal ingredients items whose value is below threshold.
System automatically process the amount or number of meal ingredient items.
Chef place the order by proceeding the action.
Order is placed and order verified by chef.
Order slip mail is sent to the recipient by system
Order status is updated in order container of website.
Extensions
Chef fails itself authenticated by the system
System brings the log on interface two more times to the chef and an option for forgot password activated.
Chef can use this Forgot password to get the password by some additional steps.
After failure of authentication three times, chef account is disabled.
Chef must contact to system administrator to reset password
Post conditions
Order must be placed and stored in the database container or table
Order status automatically updated with certain fraction of time.
After order delivery the order is denoted as successful delivered.
Meal ingradient item status is updated by system automatically once the order status changes to successful delivered.
Special requirements Chef must has computer system and Internet connection through the in premise network.
