A summary of research data collected is noted down from 28th February to 6th March. The electricity usage, water usage and gas usage is provided in the table. For 28th February, electricity usage is 2999 kWh, water usage is 0754 KL plus 613 L and gas usage is 2609 m3. If we gather data for 1st and 2nd march, then the electricity usage, water usage and gas usage is around 2112 kWh, 0756 KL plus 199L, and 2613 m3. For 2nd of March, it is 3036 kWh, 0758 KL plus 344 L, and 2616 m3. For 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th march the electricity usage is 3060, 3187, 3104, 3118 kWh(s). The annual projection is 162,136 kWh as with electricity usage, water usage is 39,698 KL plus 464 KL and gas usage is 136,500 m3. From this table, the sustainability can be put to an effect in a way that electrical consumption is higher in 6th March as compared to other week of March and of February.
The household electricity is supplied by Australian Gas light company and the electricity is generated from coal and natural resources. The use of these resources is paramount in Australia. So, 87 of the mined coal is exported there (Conner, Warren, Buenaventura, Ayoubi, amp Satterthwaite, 2018). A watt (w) is the measurement of this power (electric) and to put this into perspective, for example a light bulb has a 60-watt rating and an average roaster could have 600-watt rating. The electricity usage is necessary to understand (as shown in action plan below) so that people use the electricity and save it for future time. For example, electricity usage, heater usage and gas usage as compared from 28 Feb to 1st March, 2019 then the electricity usage is around 2999 kWh and water usage is 0754 KL Plus 613 L and gas usage is around 2609 cubic meter. Now comparing it to 6th march is some more consumption. So, final annual projection is listed that is 136,500 cubic meter for gas usage.
b) The identification of the action plan on the basis of explanatory given in (a), is based on the concept of how many watts and kilowatts is used (Li, Shan amp Li, 2018). It is necessary to include in the action plan how much energy is used at household or during the business operation activities. The second action plan is based on the facts that compare future readings to track in the electricity bill. Thirdly, identify the area that is not useful and is a waste. Lastly, it is based on action related to heating, lighting, electrical, refrigeration and cooling. Each shares different units in electricity bill. The finding is that the resistances and capacitors in the circuit are arranged in series and parallel. The circuitry line will be arranged in this way to save the energy consumption depending upon the use of the electrical devices.
The finding is based on the concept that when electrical appliances are used, then they consume the electrical power on the basis of their capacity (Kim, 2018). With this, the capacity should be used to convert the electricity to watts as discussed above. Another finding is that more the appliances are used, more the energy is consumed.
The issues and implications that electricity sector challenge is the regulation of green house gas use this is the serious issue facing the world. Secondly, in terms of fossil fuels they are mostly used by the energy infrastructure to meet the demands. Thirdly, it is massive urbanization that has led the emergence of high electricity consumption. For this, water usage and gas usage too will increase in number.
In week one, the action plan relates to consumption of water usage, in week 2 every family member needs to follow the strategies, week three, focus is on people do not back on the old method of using water usage. Week 4 is the final week of how much water usage is saved.
C
Actions to be taken
The action plan first uses a poster that there should be no consumption of electricity when one is outside the house. It should stop one using the same energy. It is because the electricity is most valuable form of energy.
Secondly, on cooler days, there should be no use of air conditioner to keep the room warmth. It is good to use natural fossils.
Thirdly, rule should be made so that when ,light is on from 6 pm onwards it will carry energy consumption.
There are many devices to be used for less consumption electrical energy. It is better to make the use of CFLs, T5s, and LEDs. There is no doubt that lighting consumption contributes to about 30 per cent of residential area then electricity bill may vary from 10-20 depending on total bill (Errapotu, Wang, Gong, Cho, Pan, amp Han., 2018). The use of incandescent bulbs, tube lights are some of the best appliances that can be used for the electricity consumption. Following this thing it can be said that LEDs for example use less power consumption and hence it is good for home use.
Timeline
Action 1 will be implemented on day 1 of week 5 and it should be proceed till week 11. It should be a realistic action and should be keeping in mind.
Action2 will take place daily. For example, one might not available in his house and room no4. And room no5, so the electricity should be switched off. So, as per example this electricity should be used
For example, it is electrical machine like refrigerator that runs 24 hours per day and it consumes between 400 to 800 watts. Let us say, that model uses 350 watts then
400 watts X 24 Hours 9600 watts hours per day
9600 watts hours per day/1000 9.6 kWh per day
9.6 kWh per day X 30 days 288 kWh per day
288 kWh per day X .10 per kWh 28.8 per month.
So, on the basis of above example, you will have to carry on the appliances and it is advised to use the safe device that consumes the less electricity. It is noted down that it will save the electricity at the highest point.
Some other examples include the sustainability of water usage and electricity usage. The eco-systems look to be more towards unbalanced approach when it is not used properly. The family members use electricity, for example to charge the mobile, remote, battery and other electronic equipment that results in loss of electricity usage. Sometimes, water is used to cleanse the household this also results in loss of water usage.
Action3 will also be carried out day of week 5 and it should continue to run throughout the plan.
Evidence
The evidence should be taken from meter weekly that will be noted down. This means the meter readings should be noted carefully. It will produce a good records how much electricity is consumed.
