Generally, Nike as a company needs to evaluate the PESTLE factors in both countries, the United States and Vietnam, to compare it in terms of opportunities, challenges, and the possible outcomes. These factors can help the company predict its fate in terms of growth, performance, and ultimate profit margins. For Nike, as a company, to meet its goals and targets, the organizational structure needs to be established and implemented. Here the most considered structure is the divisional structure that globalizes the company by supplying its products to major regions.
