Overall, it is an interesting case study to review with sufficient information and recommendations provided for Bob’s case. This study is also perfectly critically analysed and reviewed by adding variety of thoughts presented in different research articles. However, the writing was redundant at some points, so it is recommended to emphasize on the streamline of study. Focusing on solution to question 1, it is written that there is no evidence available that pain threshold is different between older and younger people. I would like to comment on this point that, there are various studies which states the fact that old age people are more prone to chronic diseases with variety of comorbidities. Moreover, the solution to 2^nd question could be more informative, by providing more precise explanation about the analgesics prescribed for Bob’s case, such as use of acetaminophen, or ibuprofen. In summary, I think it is a very fascinating study that could be helpful if the above comments will be addressed.
