This new market helps the organisation give tough competition to the competitors and it is only because of Apple, as they never afraid of conducting an experiment in the new market. A company built several stores and distribution centres when the competitors in the process of moving to direct sales and distribution methods (Alvesson amp Sveningsson, 2015). This innovative step helps the organisation making their products first to reach to the market. The set of principles followed by the organisation to provide great products and services to the consumers are design thinking, developing clear strategies and executing them effectively, CEO of the company is the chief innovator and rational courage of conducting bold experiments into the new market.
Innovation approach
In order to identify the needs of the customers, the organisation follows the approach of providing an effective design of the product and makes it suitable for the consumers. While developing the iPod for the employees of the organisation in order to enjoy music, they also relate it to the needs of consumers and launched the product with innovative design. The organisation designs the product in a way that allows consumers to love their equipments. The products of Apple are very interactive as compare to the competitors. Co-founder Steve Jobs realise the design sensibility of the products even by packaging their products that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication (Thomke, amp Feinberg, 2012). IPod product by Apple is very simple minded and it only allows to navigate the music. This shows that simplicity was going into the design in an effective way and capabilities of building such a product is not interchangeable. Moreover, Apple never sacrifices the features of the product, simple design of the products also contains effective features which help them in standing out of the competition.

The employees of the organisation bring innovative ideas and help in fulfilling the needs and demands of the consumers. Co-founder Steve Jobs has the ability to develop an effective product from scratch by following three evaluations during the interception of an innovative idea. These three evaluations are a market requirement, an engineering requirement and user-experience. The consumers of the Apple products are totally satisfied with the products and a large volume of Apples consumer never shifted to other brands. They become brand loyal and continue their services with the organisation. Execution of the idea is very important for the organisation. It has been observed that when Steve Jobs return to the company, he took immediate actions on the licencing programs, distribution methods and launch the online website in order to sell their products directly to the consumers. The culture of the organisation maintains the philosophy, values and beliefs among the employees. Apples culture is aligned in a way that drives for innovation and is one of the major factors that helps in determining the business competitiveness (Warrick, 2017). The effective culture of the organisation encourages the employees to make a valuable contribution to achieving the goals and mission of the organisation. The organisation continuously enhances its cultural characteristics in order to maximize human resource support for operating their business in several markets all over the world through the leadership of Steve Jobs and now through Tim Cook. The organisation shapes its corporate culture and use it as a tool for achieving the vision and mission. Creativity and innovation are the major two characteristics of the culture of an organisation. The management of the apple favours creativity among the knowledge, skills and talent of the employees and encourage them to use it in an effective way. Rapid innovation is strongly supported by the culture of the organisation. The organisation trains its employees and motivates them to become innovative in terms of work performance by completing their tasks effectively and make an innovative contribution to the development of the product.

The leadership style of Steve Job was very complex. The extraordinary success of Apple is because of the history of innovation and creativity applied by the organisation. Co-founder Steve Job effectively targets the consumers who love music but do not want to get expensive CDs. Apple successfully launched the iTunes Music Store and become one of the top music retailers. In 2018, Steve Jobs also founded the App Store which helps thousands of developers to earn money and it basically changed the world because nothing like this ever existed before (Kim, 2016). The organisation always keeps an eye on its competitors so that they stay one step ahead. Steve Jobs also launched the first iPhone in 2007 with the feature of a multi-touch screen which is one of the most innovative designs and thus, the apple becomes the leader in the technology of mobile.
Views of Steve Jobs for innovationThe views of Steve jobs for process and innovation are passion is everything and do what you love, creativity helps in connecting things. According to Steve Jobs, innovation comes after saying no to 1,000 things. The customers must have a great experience and it can be done by improving the customers services. Steve Jobs believes that selling dreams is more powerful than selling products. When the first Apple store was opened in 2001, then Steve Jobs said that it is not meant for selling computers instead it helps in enriching lives.
