The inequality of mentality, physical and spirituality between people of different ages living in different places is called ageism.
Example
Aging affects people's lives differently and everyone's feelings are different. Different people in the same life face different experiences. An example is found in all of the examples from various services and this example is considered to be the most important example of aging (springer.com, 2020). He has protected every stage of the next life by learning and experiencing from what has happened before all human beings and has worked to see and hear what has given them so much in the next life. This example has been found in people of all ages. There are still many people who have accepted it as their education.
Example
In a society where many types of people live at the same time they live their lives in the same way but their education culture and their way of life are different.
People who are stuck in a society live their lives following certain principles and they introduce these principles as sociality and culture of that country. There are some people in the society who come out of the traditional academic year memories and think of something different and new. They are educated in the so-called education but their thinking and mentality takes them to another level and acquires the ability to create something new.
Example
There are some people who have forced us to believe it at every moment they like us but they do it only for their own benefit using different methods like meeting sweet talking phone mailing and they then come up with different tricks. Whenever we think that they want the best for us they are doing different kinds of work for our good while giving them a little more importance then they try their best to take away our money, our self esteem, everything only for our own happiness (Ayalon, & Tesch-Römer,2018). At last when they hurt usThen we cannot tell our experience in front of any experienced person. This does not mean that we have no experience or that we are stupid, this means that the people who try to get us into it are very skilled at themselves
Example
In everyday life, most of the agelessness that goes unnoticed by us can be called an underlying bias. Using stuff like satire to become something that was universally known, ageism entered the structure of our culture. Great examples of this inequality of unintentional age
A lot of birthday memorabilia, such as birthday cards and chubby moments, have passed a lot of age from one generation to the next.Children who has endured a number of tasks since childhood will never forget the on-the-job behaviors that continue to plague their childhood reformers as they get older.
There are people of different ages in a family. Older and older people from different ages have different mental thoughts, so give yourself the opportunity to mix with everyone as much as you can (Ayalon., Dolberg, ,2019). Everybody likes to be alone, but try to spend as much time with your family and friends as you can and increase the conversation with them.
Young people's thinking is new and creative so try to mix with them as much as you can
Never compare yourself with the people of the old days. Try to change yourself with time and age and bring new thoughts into yourself. Make new friends Go to the gym Workout Try to keep yourself as busy and healthy as you can
Don't let others judge your own work. Don't spend your life like others say. Always try to do what your mind wants, never hurt yourself by thinking of others and never change yourself for others(Levy, & Macdonald 2016)
Practice every yoga for a good body and mind. Practicing yoga every day improves your ability to work and your mind. All the evil attitudes in the bottom are removed. Increases your concentration but also gives you the ability to face all kinds of situations.
