Dear Sir,
This letter is about how the majority of people are being treated unfairly. Racism has been a serious problem in different countries for a very long time. Also, each country has its values of freedom Liberty but there are many cases where racism has affected many people (Yaxley et al. 2020). I believe that racial discrimination means treating individuals differently because of their race or colour. This is a very serious topic as it causes serious problems and people suffer from acts of racism. It has also been identified that many police have been proven to seem biased towards criminals and victims. Furthermore, black crimes and white crimes must be handled under similar circumstances. The issue with the police killing people is influencing our society and becoming a creator of problems (Connolly and Khaoury 2016). Also, many black people are being killed for no reason and the higher authority gives their reasoning is for self-defence. Racism could change an individual point of view but it must show the world that people are affected by this issue.
This is not about people and group behaviours and communal Organisation. It is linked with individual reason including conscience as an impulsive approach and the propensity to stereotype and marginalize. In this context, it is highly essential to eradicate racism. According to Catholic social thoughts, the communal personality of a person needs that formation of both the civil culture and the situation permit full human development and progress (Novak 2017). Also, all culture is accountable for the common good but only the condition is accountable for public instructions which include peace, righteousness, and morality. However all people have the right and responsibility to contribute to society but it is not right to build a particular stereotype regarding a particular religion, race, or colour.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Regards,
Alisha Kunwar
One of the major reasons for choosing this letter is to reflect on the theme of isolation. I believe that racism causes social isolation and other health problems that affect people of all ages. I believe that the book was highly influential as it specified how terrible events can affect the generations. According to me, racism is one of the major issues that affect all generations. I think that the principles of Catholic social thoughts play a very important role in understanding the importance of such issues and resolving such issues so that people will be able to enjoy freedom and liberty. I have understood that the principle of common good demonstrate that the Government and other institutions play an imperative role in caring for the existence and self-respect of human beings. I believe that international culture is extremely determined by great uniqueness and tradition to state that citizens are not only frightened but also communal. I came to know that this principle considers that every individual has sufficient goods and resources so they can fulfil their necessity in the most effectual manner. According to me, a person can attain the common good by working equally to improve the wellbeing of people in a society. I believe that the principle of the common good is interlinked with the isolation theme as it specified that the government is responsible for protecting the life and dignity of the common people.
According to me, this principle is effectual in teaching about the rights of common people in contributing to society and look for the common good and well-being of all mainly the underprivileged and weak. I have already stated in the letter that racism is one of the major serious issues that is affecting the majority of people belongs to different religions or countries. I have also learned about the principle of Subsidiarity as it offers suitable solutions to some of the problems. Because of this principle, I was able to understand that in any society the wise allocation of authority and capital requires a matching sensible sharing of accountability. For me, the principle of Subsidiarity is important because it highlighted that a person's human dignity and basic Human Rights must be encouraged (Lysaught et al. 2018). I also believe that the critical understanding of this principle can help the government to understand the importance of the racism issue and assist in understanding different behaviour and responsibility of individuals living in a society. As I inscribe this original piece and imagine about what happens to me, what happened to George Floyd, what happened to Walter Scott, and what happened to many people before these. I believe that equality assumes that all people start in a similar place, have access to the same opportunities, and are overloaded by policies, practices, and Systems (Varacalli 2019). I believe that it is necessary to acknowledge the fact that racism still exists in our society. I have often heard from my colleagues and friends about racism are a very serious issue in their life. This letter is important for me as it helps to understand that any appearance of racism or racial discrimination is ethically intolerable. I also think that racism is not just once in among many and it is a fundamental iniquity dividing the human family. I came to know that delicate racism treats people as a substandard citizen for example to superior education, to employment, and majorly to public services.
According to me the tradition emphasizes respect for outsider recognition of conversation, shared aid, and teamwork with other racial groups. I suppose that our interdependence globally implies a moral responsibility for human development (Schlag 2017). According to me the principles also highlighted that the society must recognize and respect the lawful privileges of individuals and people. These privileges proceed and influence the community or society as the flow from the poise granted to each person as created by God. I believe that when one ethnicity convenes another lack of consciousness and understanding regularly leads to disgustingly unclear value decisions and intolerance. I came to know that this injustice fuels approach of superior or team that is rooted and reinforced by community structure and rule. According to me the principle of Catholic social thoughts sustain the concept of self and community. I came to know that this principle demonstrates that each person desires the support of society and persons to create a strong community. I consider that the support of citizens and society assist an individual to attain full potential so that he can live a Virtuous and significant life and support the society whenever necessary. With the help of this letter, I want to convey my viewpoints regarding Racism. I also think that racial fairness and equality must be integrated into our schools, our education, and our preaching. I believe that people must uphold the promise to equally self-respect and human privileges in all foundations of our civilization, politics, financial system, education, and many more. The overall creative piece allowed me to reflect on such a widespread issue that requires urgent attention (Cremer 2020). The letter allowed me to think about the different perspectives of human nature and the factors that are responsible for affecting their viewpoints.
