Service Program Plan

You will need to develop a written plan for a program and submit it as part of your written assessment.

You will need to develop a budget for your program. If the program is funded internally or already costed within the services overall budget, you are still required to develop a budget based on what it would cost to implement, including actual costs and ‘in-kind’ resources.

You will need to complete the templates which have been provided to you.

In this assessment, your group will be required to develop a Project Evaluation Tool.

Decide on ONE (1) evaluation tool/method

Develop the evaluation tool consider questions you will ask, key elements of your project that will need to be evaluated
Consider, how you will present the evaluation tool to your audience to ensure that it is user-friendly for the user
Provide half a page outlining why you chose to use this evaluation tool to evaluate your program.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT Describe the way the needs of this group or community were identified or assessed – Approx. 100 -200 word	Obtaining information from the target audience through inquiries, data collection, and comparison of current and historical figures that reflect the structure of the population in terms of age, gender, and cultural background, as well as the total population and number of vehicle drivers in the area, as well as the number of students, youths, and single parents. Additionally, through survey administration, we hope to ascertain the requirements of the residents of Lakemba. To ensure the success of the project, it is your job to evaluate the efforts of the volunteers involved. Your insights will strengthen the Bankstown TAFE-WESTIR partnership as we measure the initiative's impact and make data-informed decisions. The project will use the results of your evaluations to increase the number of volunteers, the quality of the project's outcomes, and the momentum toward its goals.
